Manager Tiles
Key Responsibilities:
• Execution & Supervision:
o Supervise daily tile installation activities of multiple projects including Granites, floor tiles, wall tiles, cladding, selection, dispatch, allocation, material and manpower management,
o Esxecution as per drawings and approved samples.
o Ensure proper surface preparation, layout, leveling, grouting, and finishing.
• Quality Assurance:
o Ensure work is carried out as per specifications, BOQ, and approved mock-ups.
o Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of tile work.
o Address and rectify quality issues like lippage, hollow tiles, or alignment problems.
• Coordination:
o Work with site engineers, architects, procurement, and vendors for material supply and work sequencing.
o Ensure timely availability of tiles, adhesives, grout, and tools on-site.
